  PLC control unit mainly includes CPU analog output module and communication module, etc. PLC has the control function of the test bench system and the collection and processing of the working status of the whole system, and the alarm and protection function of various faults.

 

  The data acquisition unit consists of data acquisition module with high real-time data acquisition capability, which can satisfy the sampling rate of not less than 1kHz. in addition, the data acquisition unit can communicate with the upper computer through Ethernet, and asynchronously transmit the collected data to the upper computer for storage, processing and display.
