Project Background:

   A unit under China National Power Research Institute of China National Armaments Group, founded in 1941, is a large-scale backbone enterprise in China's armaments industry for the power manufacturing of light armored and special vehicles. The company's main business is diesel engines and accessories for scientific research, production, sales and service, has developed and produced amphibious tanks, water-cooled diesel engines, air-cooled diesel engines, pumps and filters, etc., is the national internal combustion engine manufacturing and import and export of electromechanical products self-supporting enterprises. This project supporting motor test bench equipment, mainly used for air-cooled diesel engines fitted with various types of generators, starter motors for road transport seismic performance testing.

   The electrodynamic shaker produced by our company has fully digested and absorbed the mature and developing* technologies in the research, design and manufacture of electrodynamic shaker both at home and abroad, which makes our company at the leading level of electrodynamic shaker technology both at home and abroad. The electrodynamic vibration test system includes vibration table body, amplifier, horizontal slide table, vertical slide table, vibration controller and so on.

   The specific technical indexes are as follows:

Features:

◎ The dual magnetic circuit structure makes the magnetic field strength high and the magnetic leakage small; the special demagnetization structure can reduce the magnetic leakage of the table surface to below 1mT.

◎ Adopt dynamically optimized design of the skeletonless moving coil in the * quality of moving parts at the same time to improve the first order resonant frequency, broaden the upper limit of the working frequency of the electrodynamic shaker.

◎Swinging arm suspension moving ring system, with high resistance to partial load. 

◎Built-in support inflatable bowl bearing, good low frequency characteristics. 

◎The trunnion adopts a combination of rubber spring vibration isolation device to reduce the dynamic vibration of the ground.

◎The system has protection functions such as table overheat, overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, overdisplacement, grid overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, drive power supply protection, current limiting protection, soft-start setting, temperature protection, excitation open-circuit, short-circuit protection, and module failure protection.

◎ Matching with digital vibration controller can realize various environmental adaptability tests such as sinusoidal, random, classical shock, shock response spectrum, random + sinusoidal vibration, random + random vibration.

◎ The system has low requirements for grid voltage fluctuation (≤±10%).

◎ The system has low requirement for grounding resistance (≤4Ω).

◎ High reliability of the system, especially suitable for the working environment of long time operation.

◎Introduction of foreign technology, key components and materials imported (air spring, epoxy resin, stainless steel plate, vibration-damping rubber, etc.), the products are exported to Europe, the United States and other overseas countries;

◎ Built-in support air spring bearing, large bearing capacity;

◎Trunnion adopts combined rubber spring vibration isolation device;

◎ Using finite element analysis of the manufacturing of the skeletonless moving coil, more effectively improve the resonance frequency of the moving coil at the same time to improve the quality of moving parts;

◎ The table body can be equipped with an emergency stop switch;

◎ The table body adopts automobile paint technology (metal paint)-painting. It has a long-term anti-abrasion and anti-rust effect.
