Project Background: 

Xi'an Certain Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. is located in Jingwei New City, Xi'an Economic Development Zone, in the Arms Industrial Park, covering an area of 123 acres. The company's main project is cellulose diacetate tow, which is based on natural wood pulp as raw material, acetate treatment into cellulose diacetate flakes, through the dissolution, filtration, spinning, coiling, drying and other production processes, is a precision filter material, mainly used for making cigarette filters. After the completion of the second phase of the construction project, the production capacity of the company is 24,000t/a, and a large amount of high-temperature organic wastewater is generated in the production process. The chemical plant as a large water user, the annual fresh water consumption is usually several million cubic meters, the water reuse rate is low, not only a large amount of water resources are wasted, while the external discharge of sewage millions of cubic meters. These effluents, if discharged without treatment, will cause pollution of water bodies of different natures and different degrees, thus jeopardizing the health of the people nearby and seriously affecting the production of industry and agriculture, and the shortage of water resources has been a threat to the production of these large industrial water users. In order to maintain the sustainable development of enterprises and reduce the waste of water resources, reduce production costs, improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises, the chemical wastewater needs to be treated in depth, to achieve recycling or to meet the emission standards and then discharged.

 

Project design program for the above situation, we designed the chemical wastewater treatment system program consists of Siemens S7-300PLC control cabinet, touch screen, WINCC upper system. At the same time, through the control of various pumps, valves, with pressure, temperature, etc., to achieve the wastewater treatment process in line with the standard.

 1、One-key start function: According to the customer's predetermined parameters, click the one-key start button to realize the automatic control of the system.

 2、Pump control a standby function: according to the time in the production process or the customer's own choice of the pump required to run, * equipment can have a break maintenance gap, to prevent overloaded operation.

 3、User management: each user to set different permissions, easy to manage.

 4、Data query: real-time recording of sensor data, can be queried through the time selection.

 5、Trend curve: real-time monitoring of the sensor data change curve, you can query the real-time trend and historical trend by time.

 6, fault alarm: divided into real-time alarm and historical alarm, and can be queried according to time. Increase the voice alarm function, record each alarm information into voice, each alarm corresponds to a different voice broadcast, timely and effective feedback to the user.
