Project Background
X Coal Chemical Power Plant is a circular economy private enterprise, the mode of operation is to rely on the rich local coal resources, the purchase of raw coal screening and washing, the production of fine coal and recovery of gangue, coal sludge; produced by the production of fine coal production of coal and recovery of barren gas, coal tar; recovery of part of the barren gas and all the gangue, coal sludge used for power generation; electricity and the quality of produced coal for the production of ferrosilicon; ferrosilicon and the recovery of another part of barren gas for the production of magnesium metal. Ferrosilicon and another part of the recovered coal gas are used to produce magnesium metal. By adopting this mode, the five recycling production lines are interrelated with each other, and the industry integrates chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, casting and non-ferrous metal, forming a chain-type comprehensive utilization of resources and environmentally friendly and energy-saving industrial model.

coal as an energy resource, in industrial development and daily life are indispensable, in the mining process, after washing, open piling, a part of the coal is washed away by the water, after precipitation to form a coal sludge, which caused the loss of the coal source, the recycling of these coal sludge is to minimize the waste of coal resources. The coal slurry drying kiln can not only avoid the high cost and low conversion rate caused by the high humidity and high adhesion of coal slurry itself, but also realize the enterprise's parameter collection and real-time monitoring and management of the system operation process through the visual centralized control system.
Project design scheme: The system is designed for the above situation, and the main purpose is to realize the desulfurization, denitrification and drying of coal slurry in coal mine. This system consists of Siemens 1200 PLC control cabinet, Siemens distributed IO control cabinet, touch screen, WINCC upper system. Through various motors with valves, pressure, temperature, etc., it realizes remote control of equipment and solves remote transportation, desulfurization and drying process of coal slurry.
The main functions of the system are introduced:
1、 Process flow: visualize the system operation status.
2、 Parameter setting: system control parameters, alarm parameters, sensor range parameters are set freely.
3、Alarm record: real-time alarm and historical alarm.
4、Data Record: Query the historical record data of each sensor.
