Project Background:

A sewage treatment plant is a sludge disposal project invested and constructed by China Railway Water Group, which realizes sludge and sewage reduction, harmlessness and resource treatment through the advanced process of "two-stage drying + pyrolysis gasification". The project covers an area of 65.62 acres, the target service population of the sewage treatment plant is about 16,700 people, the daily sewage treatment of 3,000 tons, the effluent quality of water up to the Shaanxi Yellow River Basin sewage discharge A standard. The improvement of the plant's sewage treatment system project will solve the problem of sludge disposal in its urban area and the surrounding 23 sewage plants, open the last kilometer of sewage treatment, and play a role in demonstrating and leading the recycling of sludge disposal for the whole country.

Project design program: for the requirements of the project, we designed the program is composed of Siemens S7-300PLC control cabinets, S-1200 control cabinets, S7-200Smart control cabinets, touch screen, WINCC upper system. Through the control of various pumps, valves, grids, with pressure, temperature, etc., to achieve the sewage treatment process requirements. The system contains the following functions:

1, process flow: intuitive and effective display of process piping connections, control status.

2, water quality online testing: real-time detection of water quality, and reported to the environmental protection department.

3, user management: the user set different permissions, easy to manage.

4, data reports: daily, weekly calculation of the amount of treated water to generate reports.

5, curve trend: real-time monitoring of the sensor data change curve, you can query the real-time trend and historical trend by time.

6、 Early warning alarm: real-time alarm and historical alarm, and can be queried according to time.
