Project background:
XX Branch of Northern Specialty Energy Group Co., Ltd, as a large-scale backbone enterprise belonging to China National Weapons Industry Corporation (CNWIC) Northern Specialty Energy Group Co., Ltd, is one of the 156 key construction projects during the "First Five-Year Plan" period, and a large-scale, state-owned, key military protection enterprise for the third time. During the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, the company has won the "Department of Science and Technology Achievement Award" of the Arms Industry Group Corporation for more than 40 items, and applied for 18 items. This program is designed to realize the electric ignition tube and MGG function test assembly process of self-conducted equipment, equipment put into use, you can reduce a certain number of job operators. The system takes PLC as the core, develops the control software based on Labview platform, and realizes the automatic operation mode of electric ignition pipe and MGG function test assembly through software control.
Appearance introduction:
The equipment adopts one-piece structure integrating mechanical, electrical and control system, compact structure, neat and generous appearance, convenient installation, transportation and maintenance.
The main body of the equipment adopts aluminum alloy frame structure. The electrical control system and the periphery of the main structure are designed with protective plates, which are treated by electrostatic high-temperature spraying. The bottom is designed with casters and the sheet metal is designed with hinges to open.

Introduction to the equipment stations:
According to the arrangement, it is divided into 4 stations from right to left. The time for assembling and pressing before product test is about 60S.
Workstation 1: material inlet and outlet workstation;
Station 2: automatic material gripping station;
Station 3: test station;
Workstation 4: Confined explosion period, sensor replacement;
Below is the cleaning system and silicone grease injection system.

Workstations two, three and four are designed with lifting doors. It can be opened and closed automatically in the vertical direction.


The front mesh viewing sliding door provides protection as well as a view of the interior.
