Project Background: A research institute of the weapons industry is the only professional research institute for special vehicle engines in China. Affiliated to China National Weapons Industry Corporation, it is a professional research institute for high-speed and high-power internal combustion engines in China, and is the executive director of China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association. The institute has undertaken the research and development work of national project power for many times, and has developed different types of diesel engines. In many years of research and development, it has successfully developed in-line 4-cylinder, 6-cylinder, V-type 6-cylinder, 8-cylinder, 12-cylinder and other models of diesel engines, with a power range of 150Kw-1600Kw, which are now used in the fields of vehicles, ships, power generation, construction machinery and so on.

The project of a research institute of weapon industry is for the upgrading of 1200KW diesel engine. When the engine is working, the friction surfaces are in relative motion with high speed, and the friction between metal surfaces not only increases the power consumption inside the engine, but also makes the working surfaces of the parts wear out rapidly; at the same time, the heat generated by the friction may also make the surfaces of some working parts melt, which will lead to the engine failing to operate normally.

Therefore, through our design of the cooling lubrication system, can be realized in the diesel engine work to ensure that the lubrication of the various components at the same time to take away the heat of the system to ensure that the diesel engine parts are in a suitable thermodynamic state, in order to reduce the friction resistance of the engine metal surface, reduce power loss, reduce wear and prolong the service life of the engine and so on. At the same time, the system also has the following auxiliary functions.
